ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
If your purchase does not match the description or is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We offer a free replacement warranty for 60 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if more than 60 days have passed since your purchase. We will either deliver the correct items or refund your payment via store credit.
STEPS TO RECEIVE A REFUND
To be eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Return Condition: Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund.
- Defective or Faulty Products:

- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address.
- We will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

- Exclusions: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
- Shipping: Please use a trackable mail service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable. Ensure you send the item back as a gift, as we do not cover customs fees for returns.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your package, we will examine the products and process a full refund via store credit. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used during your original purchase.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 60 days after delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are exempt from returns, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
INVALID REASONS FOR RETURNS
- Size Selection: It is the buyer’s responsibility to choose the correct size. Sizes are listed on the e-shop, and badly measured sizes are not refundable.
- Price Comparisons: Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract to purchase all items in that order. Returns based on finding items cheaper elsewhere are not accepted.
